I completed the Season and received the wand, but like @Amoonmoon all I see is the wand in her hand. I was given a comment after I released the wand but it doesn't work.

I’m reaching close to level 2,000 & have not ONCE been offered extra help after EVERY incomplete level like my friends and family who play this exact same game. I’m progressing pretty good on my own but it’s very frustrating to the point I want to uninstall. Being stuck on the same level for a whole day, losing bay balls& races bec of needing ONE more jelly, or ONE more bear, or gum & having to start the level, hard, super hard again & again to the point that 250 moves are offered for gold bricks that I don’t have.
