@Pitty_Kitty Candy Crush Soda Saga has continuously crashed. Is there going to be a fix on it?

    I'm not aware of an issue that is currently affecting Soda

    Are you referring to a discussion you previously posted where you described the problem?

    when did this start?

    which device do you use to play Soda (make and model)?

    In the meantime please try this and let me know if the problem still persists afterwards:

    • check for Soda app and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
    • you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

    *it depends on on the type of the device:

    • If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
    • If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
    • if you play on Microsoft app installed on computer, it's not possible to clear cache of the app

    Windows 10 Computer

    Everything has been cleared, updated

    I've got mega storage

    It's not just Soda, CC is also glitchy

    Do you play on Soda app downloaded from Microsoft Store? Or do you play on Facebook page?

    If you play on Soda app, what is the latest version installed? To see the number, open Microsoft Store, click library - games - candy crush soda saga - scroll down the page to find app version below additional information

    what is your user ID number associated to your gaming account? You should be able to find this number when you launch Soda app - visit profile settings - tap twice on King logo that you see at the top. The logo will be replaced by a number. More infos here

    Did you try to change browser? Does the problem happen on all browsers? Which browsers did you try?

    It's possible to find your user ID on Facebook platform too. Check out this guide

    Did you try to download the game app from Microsoft Store on your computer? Usually the app is more stable than Facebook platform

    I'm on Facebook so I don't want to download it to my computer if necessary. I've never had a problem until about a month ago with either games

    I agree, the Candy Crush soda game is working but the Bakery has frozen and will not open. This happened not long ago and it took the technical department five/six days to repair it.

    I have been having similar problems which started this week and I use IPhone SE and have done all the checks. It wasn’t long ago when we had the same problem which the technical team took five days to fix.
