Do you play on Soda app downloaded from Microsoft Store? Or do you play on Facebook page?
If you play on Soda app, what is the latest version installed? To see the number, open Microsoft Store, click library - games - candy crush soda saga - scroll down the page to find app version below additional information
what is your user ID number associated to your gaming account? You should be able to find this number when you launch Soda app - visit profile settings - tap twice on King logo that you see at the top. The logo will be replaced by a number. More infos here
