Hi, I broke the piggy bank for 100 gold bars for usd 8.98 but was charged for sgd 29.90, which is obviously an overcharge. Can you help to refund the excess amount? Thanks

They will not respond to you via there website. You need to go to facebook and complain otherwise you won't get your money back.
