Make fish to hit the bottom candy stick. When you're about to hit the last mark to make it burst, use a fish candy and a vertical stripe candy together. It will spread the jelly up to the second column. Then you use a striped candy to hit the horizontal column facing the striped candy that comes down after you get rid of those black squares. It will spread the jelly and you go from there. I hope that makes sense.
