My game started over

I started to play Soda Crush today and my game started over on #1... I was like on level 160. Is there a way I can get back to where I was? I don’t want to start over.

    Hello I play on my iPad and iPhone and am very very far on my progress on my iPad which is connected to Facebook and Wi-Fi and phone and on my phone longing into Facebook none of my information has transferred over and it has stated me over to level one. This is very frustrating.
