Have you checked if you are logged in to the game? Click/tap on profile, scroll down. If not, then log in with your King or Facebook account.

If you have a new device, simply log in with your King or Facebook account. You will find your progress and gold bars, boosters and extra lives however, are always stored locally on the device. This means you will see them on your ‘old’ device.

Last but not least, you can try troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Do you mean you created a new game account?

Is Social Hub Feature available in your game? It has this icon on the map:

If it is, it's possible to send friends requests to Soda players and add them to your friends list.

With Social Hub, friends list is customized and friends are added manually. There are no friends who were randomly assigned by King anymore.

Currently there are 3 methods to add new friends to their friends list via Social Hub.

* send invites by clicking on players' avatars when you see them in events like Soda Team, 4 in a row, episode race, weekly contest, Kimmy's candy cannon race, more infos here
* send invites to recommended friends that appear on a list in Social Hub feature. more infos here
* send invites to external friends or add them by using a personal link. Personal link expires after 96 hours and needs to be generated again. more infos here
