Keep show 96 hours of new quests on my iPad

I just travel to Chicago and back HK 2 week ago. I discover that my Quests didn’t come in everyday and keep show ‘96 hours until new quests arrive. I really disappointed on Soda. I read the King Care Forum and it said I must reinstall the game and make it normally. However I got a lot of boosters here, it may lost if deleted!! How come I need to suffering this after my trip to Chicago!! I strongly request you fix it for me. If not, I better give up the game if lost all boosters. Please reply!!!!!!

There are no one answer my question and I keep lost New Quests for 2 mths already. No support and no respond. Am I need to delete the game?
