Game got stuck, then put me back 41 levels.

Beat level 765, was ready to go to the next portal, but got a message stating to "go online to download more episodes". I contacted the game and they suggested to clear the cache on the game and if that doesnt work to uninstall and reinstall. So I cleared the cache and rechecked. The message went away, but it put me back to level 714 As you all know, at this point in the game, those lost 41 levels were not easy. So I emailed again and they said to log out, connect to facebook again, and then connect again...tried and it didnt put me back to original level. Someone please help!
