accumulated 100 bars in piggy bank. Can I only buy 20 or 50 at a time no leave others for another time ?

If you have collected 100 Gold Bars to your Piggy Bank, that's the amount you'll be able to cash out.
You can also collect and purchase less Gold Bars but of course the more stars you collect, the more Gold Bars you collect and the more Delicious the Piggy Bank offer becomes.
