2d time I've asked for help with friends.

I used to have many friends but they have disappeared. Why? How can I get them back? I have no one to get lives from and it is frustrating when the game tells me to ask friends for lives and I get a BLANK page to choose from. I have asked this before and have re-installed game as suggested to no avail. Same results when I log on with Facebook (normally) or log on with King account. Any help or response would be appreciated because this really SUCKS!

So Social Hub is not available in your Soda app downloaded from the store

But I haven't got your answer from this: are you able to see your Facebook friends when you play on browser platform? do you have friends on Facebook? Are they missing on browser version?

I ask this, because from what I know browser version of the game shouldn't have Social Hub feature so players rely on Facebook friends. If your FB friends are missing on browser version then it may be a different issue

I only play on browser not on facebook. Log in is on facebook.

I can't tell how your community avatar picture was changed since your community account is set as private but you can choose a different one from a list of pre-approved avatar pictures when you visit your community account settings.

If Social Hub feature is not available on your map then it's the reason you friends list is blank, I'm afraid.

The old friendship system of randomly assigned players was removed a few years back by Soda Studio and Social Hub feature was implemented in Soda app platform (Microsoft apps and apps in mobile devices) in order to let players customize their friends lists instead.

As any feature and event in the game though, it's possible that not all players have it at the moment. Studio Studio oversees features distribution to players

However I can ask community manager's opinion on this to see what can be done.

Do you play Soda on Facebook website on a browser as well ? can you see your Facebook friends on that platform?

I've been in the King Community for over three years. BTW, the Avatar on this page is not the same avatar I have ever used.

Dell Laptop Inspiron (PH007TAK). Social hub feature does not show up on my screen. Windows 10.

I log on using my Facebook account.
