Does anyone know how you win or earn Winner’s Badges?

if you manage to keep arriving first 3 weeks consecutively in Weekly Contest, you get one big prize in the end which is the Champion Streak prize. The feature should keep track of your wins, after every won weekly contest, a badge is added.
If you lose your streak because you don't arrive first in one of the 3 weekly contests, all badges get lost and you'll have to start your winning streak again.
