Can someone please help me! I synced my old progress from my old phone to my new phone and it took me back to level 1. I was at an accomplished level of 1079 after 5+ years. Does anyone have a solution?

It sounds like you haven't logged in properly. More likely an app error than yours.
Delete the Facebook app if you have that.
Log out if it is showing you as being logged into the CCSS game.
Restart your phone.
Try logging into the game with your Facebook account. If that works, then reinstall your facebook app. Sometimes it seems to cause conflicts between Facebook and the log ins for some reason on iphone. Especially if you have been connected to any other account on safari. If you previously had an iphone, when you set up the new one all the old data comes across to
