Buying Extra Moves

Besides the frustration of buying extra moves during a game and not receiving them I'm now having a problem where sometimes I get 3 extra moves and sometimes 5 extra moves. I'm paying the same price, 1.99 each time. I'm really considering deleting this game from my facebook and phone. Any one know why the amount of extra moves fluctuates?
