What is the problem with connecting to the sofa store and receiving prizes/bonuses? It’s been more than a week and still getting “oh no! Can’t connect to store right now…” what’s up with that?

If you don't see this kind of error message, please go ahead and:
*it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.
If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If you own a Kindle fire, check this out
it's not possible to do in Microsoft app on computer

I had an issue but I contacted king directly. If you go to the bottof page you hit the contact us you can email them they respond very quickly. At least for me they did. I sometimes have to restart my phone also. Good luck. It stinks when the game doesn't work. Like I said they helped me
