I was well into a daily streak of mid 700's. Over 2 years of diligent playing. Did not miss a day and was not given the chance to pay some gold to continue a day if I missed it - which happened one time about a year ago.
The joy is gone. What happened to my streak? It has really affected my level of interest after going so long.

I’m at level 76 and was advised I missed a day, losing my progress, never missed a day. This happened on another device as well last week, is there a glitch?
. I’m discouraged there’s no customer service support on this issue!! I don’t want to give this game another dollar.
I lost my rainbow streak that was almost 200 levels. My phone died during a gold purchase for more moves (I didn’t normally buy gold, but i couldn’t lose my streak!) well I lost it. I feel your pain… kinda. Yours might be worse! I filled out a “contact us” form. Hopefully we can both get some help? Good luck!
That is awful. I know I have had mine freeze not because of my phone but because of their system. No one should lose when things like this happen. Good luck😭
I too have spent way too much. They have increased the amount it cost of gold bars to get boosters. It is not fair. They need to find a way to be able to earn more gold
