I am not receiving my winners badges when I win games in a row.

    Sorry to hear about this! This problem is under investigation, would you share more details to help the Game Studio?

    • do you play on Soda app installed on your device? Or do you play on Facebook site?
    • do you save your progress with a King account or Facebook account?
    • what device do you use? (make and model)
    • What is the latest update of operating system in your device? (Windows 10, Android 11, iOS 15.5?)
    • what is the latest updated of Soda app installed on your device?
    • what is your game user ID? To find your game user ID, click HERE

    I have the Problem.. the 4 th Time in a Row now.. that I have all 3 Winner Badges.. but I don t get the Award for it? That s not funny.. why I m not getting the Price?
