Hi I can't seem to change or even edit my profile setting. I've used to change it from my tablet, phone and my laptop. But I still can't change it. It ask me to confirm my email and I also did that. Someone, please help!

There's a grayed-out "edit" button in that purple profile tab but from what I know it has never been functional. the place to change profile settings of King account was and still is the profile section of Soda app or any King game app π
For your King account you should be able to change avatar picture, username, email address and password.
Visit profile settings in Soda app, tap on "edit". Re-enter your password. Change username (first name) and email address and save edits
Note that country displayed in your Soda app depends on your device settings. Since English spoken in UK is selected as language in your device, Soda app retrieves UK as your country.
As for your second screenshot, that is related to your community account that you're using to post discussions here in King communityπ. It's not your King account (game account), though it can be merged to your King account for purposes related to the community. E.g you ask for game support in the community or win gold bars for the game here in the community.
In community account you may change your email address and password but not your username, that is how it works for everyone, except community managers of course. If you wish to change it you would need to send a request to community manager or a moderator (me for example) so your username can be changed for you.
