Which device do you use? Make and model please. Every device has its own store app 🙂

If you downloaded Soda app from a Store app on your device then you most like have created an account to use that Store app, for example you should have created a Google account in order to use Play Store app if you use an Android device.

Then it's advised to add your payment method (paypal, credit/debit cards etc) in your Google account settings. For example read here

When you open Soda app and visit the shop by clicking your gold bars inventory, you'll see various purchase offers. When you tap on the item you'd like to buy, a tab from your Google account will open and ask you how you wish to proceed. If you haven't saved your payment method in your Google account settings before, you're asked to do it now. Then you follow further instructions presented to you. You might have to follow instructions of your payment method too for security check

Since all in-app purchases are handled by Google account for example (or Apple account, Microsoft account etc: it depends on your device) that saves you payment details, you should contact Google Support team if you need further help with how to make a purchase in your device and/or your credit/debit card service 🙂
