Why doesn't Rescue Buddies work consistently?

I have waited one week for new levels. Had three stars from finishing last week. Today, I have completed thirty-eight levels and gained eighty- four stars, none of which resulted in cannon shots. I'm sure my " buddy" thinks I'm slouching, and don't even have a way of contacting him/her to say it's not working. This happens all the time. Please fix it so that two buddies can play together!,

Also- can you please give us more new levels at a time, or add them as we finish the available levels? It is now impossible for me to compete in any of the races or accessory games; currently the yellow candies in the Detective Season, and also the championship games. 45 new levels only gets you to the first gold level. because the three rounds are consecutive so it doesn't help to 'wait' and then play, there still are not enough levels to win. Buying boosters, which I have never done is of no use if you can't use them. You would think that good players who have continually reached the end would be given the tools to continue to compete. The game is not fun of you can't.

Is there a way to start again on level one? And would I lose all my hard- earned boosters if I did start again. I am getting very frustrated!!!

No misunderstandings, don't worry. 🙂 I don't mean the tutorial which the game prompts you to see.

I asked you if you ever tried to open the feature just before playing a new level after Rescue Buddies is all set and ready to go, a friend is found to play with you, etc.

Because in other cases, the feature happened to not register new stars. It especially happens if multiple devices are used. But if one opens the feature just before playing the level to let it sync, Rescue buddies usually registers the stars correctly after winning the level. I just asked if you ever tried this, that's all

this is how you find your ID

To visit your community account, tap on your community avatar - "account and privacy settings" - there you can select or unselect "display my profile publicly"

I play on 2 diff platforms Windows and IOS(iPads). If I clicked rescue buddies when I played on windows, then it won’t count my stars (same as you). Very glitchy. Now, I just ignore rescue buddies when I play on windows. Just click X when that rescue buddies pop up. I only play rescue buddies on my iPad.

I think you are misunderstanding me. The Rescue Buddy Screen comes up every time I restart the game. It runs through its demonstration. I proceed to play my levels and earn stars, but they are not recorded on the Rescue Buddy screen, and no cannon fires so no progress is made. Meanwhile the other player progresses, but never enough to win the game. Sometimes the reverse is true, and I gain the stars and my Buddy has none, possibly (probably ) the same thing is happeneing to them, or maybe it is just a coincidence. I am using Windows 10. I don't recall how to get my user ID. I thought that I clicked on the King logo but I have tried different screens and nothing happens.

Also, I don't see any place where I can change my coomunity account setings. In my profile, there is only a privacy policy but nothing that I can see to change it.

Before playing a new level and getting new stars, do you usually open Rescue Buddies? It might help the feature sync

Also in order to resend the report to community manager please resend make and model of the device where this error happens and user ID. Since your community account is set on private I can't look in into your discussions history and retrieve them myself.

As for the third question, there's the option to contact Player Support from your app and ask them to delete progress made in your account. You would keep your boosters that way
