Since 3 weeks using a new samsung s8 my candy crush soda wont finish loading. If i rarely do pass the 1st page, it gets stuck on loading connecting to fb or opening the level

Did this happen when you got the phone or was the game working OK on your Samsung before the issues occurred?
I was thinking it could be another app interfering. I recently got a Samsung Galaxy and noticed that it has a battery saving feature that might affect gameplay. If you have this option on your phone then try to switch to the 'game performance' settings in order to solve the issue.

Another problem i am encountering. When i rarely at times past the 1st loading screen and able to press connect to fb. The popup that connection was successfully continously popups up everything and press x, thus halting. My chance to press play
Hi, i have the newest update of android. Ive done multiple resets and removed and reinstalled the game including clearing cache. Out of tge maybe 10 restart, only 1 time it finshes loading fo continue to play.
