Level 1027 problem

There is no way to get past level 1027 that I have been able to discover.... the center line with the licorice where the jelly is is impossible to clear in the required number of moves... how can this get cleared and finished? I've been stuck on this level now for a couple of weeks and it's getting to the point of wanting to uninstall the game and be done with it which sucks since I've been having fun until now.
