My husband is a huge fan and for a week now the piggy bank has disappeared! Why? How can he get it back?

When you have discovered Piggy bank, click on "open". Then you can buy the gold bars that are in it.
How do you open it??

As you can see on my screenshots, Piggybank is not directly visible.
