I need to know a little more in order to help you please.
Firstly, what device/os are you playing on?
Were you connected to either Facebook or the Kingdom?
At the moment we have a lot of issues for facebook users some on mobile, possibly everyone on windows with not being able to connect to facebook and therefore losing progress. You can read about it here.

I am sorry that you feel like that. King care is run by a group of moderators who also have other jobs within the office. This site was set up to be a player led community. Its different from the customer care that you can contact via email from the game. And unfortunately they do not make the game or fix bugs, that it down to the game studio.
In order to get players help they need quicker, there are a few of us Superstars. Official King forum helpers, but unlike the King care moderators, we are not paid, we are volunteers. Which is good because otherwise I wouldn't be answering here at 1am We also have real lives, jobs and families too though, so sometimes it might not mean an instant response but still quicker than left to the team. Most of the questions posted on the site are ones that require troubleshooting, but if that doesn't help, or there are issues that troubleshooting cannot help, we pass it on to the team.
So the upshot of it is, we do care.
I see from some of your other posts you are frustrated because of the games glitches. It might surprise you to know that we superstars complain a lot to the King team about the same thing. Unfortunately they are as frustrated as we are because its down to the studio's to fix the issues...but they have to rely on the staff they have, while bringing out new levels and new challenges to try and satisfy everyone, so bugs are prioritised. It also doesn't take into account peoples devices, or other circumstances.
I know there is an issue with the daily bonus. But the shutting down can often be helped with some basic troubleshooting that I would be happy to get you if you can let me know your device/OS.
