Why do I keep losing my gold bars on log in. Today I lost 7 now coming up to a total of 15 gold bars
Why do you take away the gold bars when you use the extra move to finish a level?
Today I finished level 3341 on candy crush saga and its not advancing me to the next level.
i have rebooted all my devices to no avail. Please help troubleshoot this issue.
This is truly frustrating for me . I know how I’m using my gold bars. This last incident I Started with 17 used 10 to finish a level. I had 7 left which disappeared the next day when I logged in to play

I understand that frustration. In the vast majority of cases it tends to be a human misunderstanding of where our gold bars have been used. Basically, we sometimes use jelly fishes or other boosters without realising that those are at the expense of gold bars. Make sure you are using your gold bars mindfully and if you keep having the issue please come back to us!
And please don't take this personally, I'm just making sure that the most common of reasons is taken out of the equation. Using gold bars for boosters without realising has happened to me as well quite often!

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
