Problems on mobile app

I'm currently on level 1581 on Candy Crush Soda Saga, but every time I go to play the game on my mobile or PC, it takes me to about level 1552 and I have to scroll and jump regions to start playing at the correct one. Also, when I finish a level it no longer gives me the free multicolour candy bonus to start the next game and whenever I get to a gift box, they no longer open. What do I need to do to fix this? If I remove the app and reinstall it on my phone, will I lose my levels? PLEASE HELP!!

Ok I'm not sure if this is a proper fix, but while in the app I logged out of facebook and played essentially 'offline'. While offline (my avatar was a frog) I played the level I was stuck at 210, and when I won, it jumped my picture (the frog) up to level 240 that I was really up to (I was confused because I thought I was at 211 until I recognised it had skipped me ahead to 240, thank goodness I don't have to do them all again). After this I went back to the homepage and logged back into facebook and it kept me there! Yay! Bonus candies for a streak have started up again, but I have not received all the gift boxes. I'm going to go back and play those games and see if it works. Wish me luck!

@Stig, I would like to know if you're still experiencing the issue? And if so, if you have tried to re-install the game and/or do the updates?

The Studio have fixed the issue but it is still happening for a few players, so just want to make sure it's all good with you now :-)

Also, as Milly suggested, here's a tip that might help > Replay the level you are "stuck" at (in your case 1552) to pass the level and update to the right one.

This exact same thing is happening to me too! It's driving me crazy. I tried all the suggestions (re upload the facebook app, make sure it's an active app... and nothing will work). I hate having to scroll all the way forward, not to mention not getting the gift boxes lol. If I figure something out, I'll let you know! Otherwise I'll be quitting this app for good
