I've upgraded the game, restarted my iPad and it still is freezing on loading!! Can anyone help

For the past week my candy crush soda saga game is freezing on loading! I've upgraded the game and restarted my iPad and it's still freezing! I've tried contacting King directly but just keep getting a message to post to other players to help! I'm on level 135 and would hate to delete the game and start back over or just might delete for good if I can't get this fixed! Any help would be appreciated!

I know you tried certain things, but try everything in this troubleshooter and see if it helps.
