Soda saga taking me back to 1465. I’m on 1528

I have repeatedly emailed your site about this and I’m getting seriously annoyed. The most recent glitch I’ve had to deal with is that when I open the game it keeps dumping me at the portal to leave jellylicious mountain(level 1465) no matter how far I advance. I’m all the way on 1528 and it’s getting more and more frustrating to have to scroll through the levels to get to where I am. I’ve tried everything, including deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. Same on iPhone and iPad. Please fix this issue!!

hope you're feeling great today!

I would like to know if you're still experiencing the issue? And if so, if you have tried to re-install the game and/or do the updates?

The Studio have fixed the issue but it is still happening for a few players, so just want to make sure it's all good with you now :-)

A tip that might work > Replay the level you are "stuck" at (in your case 1465) to pass the level and update to the right level.

Hi Brandi, Welcome to King care.

What the email team should have told you is that it is an issue that the studio are aware of and it is affecting most, if not all players and it is under investigation.

I understand it is annoying as its time consuming, however we don't have a fix date yet, its been happening for a while, but glitches are prioritised in between the regular game design stuff and currently they are trying to fix a major game issue where people cannot connect etc.
