I had to change my hard drive on my laptop(because of windows 10) and can only start with new downlo

I had to change my hard drive on my laptop(because of windows 10) and can only start with new download witch will set me back to level 1. How can I recover my game progress? I did not sync with facebook I was on level 1300+on soda and 1000+ with jelly. How can I recover my game progress?
