My profile picture is stuck on level 1942 but i'm currently on level 1530. I've lost so many "extras" as the boxes won't open. this is on my phone, facebook and game room all the same i have to scroll to get where i need to be...any ideas?
Ok, Snooky, I'm sorry to hear. Can I ask you to try the following for me > Go to the level that your profile picture is stuck on and replay that level (you have to pass it, so do your best ;-)) Then close the game, and re-install. Once you re-access the game, your current level should then be updated.
This is a workaround that should work, but if not, please let me know asap.

I would like to know if you're still experiencing the issue? And if so, if you have tried to re-install the game and/or do the updates?
The Studio have fixed the issue but it is still happening for a few players, so just want to make sure it's all good with you now :-)
