Hi, I was in 1st place when I went to bed last night on collecting yellow candies for Kimmy. When I logged in today the contest was over andi did not receive my prizes. Would you please check on this? I had over 3000 candies collected and #2 place only had 1600. Thank you for your time.

1) Did you pass new Soda levels on more than 1 device by chance?
2) which device do you use to play Soda ?
3) what is your game ID number? How to find your user ID on Soda app: here

I'm not sure if compensations are possible in this situation, I invite you to contact King Player support (customer service) directly from your Soda app. This community forum is not able to handle refunds.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form to ensure better assistance, explain your problem and send.
