i always have to swipe intill nr 1085 , it takes a lot of waiting and i also had 3updates but with no result

This is something that we've seen quite often sadly. There is a way to fix this though, so do not worry. Your avatar is basically stuck at the level 945, which is blocking you from getting the rewards and from your levels progressing accordingly. The way of fixing this is by playing that level 945 (it should have no stars, which is part of the bug) and making sure you beat it and get the stars on it.
This should "un-stuck" the level and get your game back to normal.
