I have an Android and it's been several days that i can't connect to the server...

    that happened to me on iPhone. I had to make sure game was saved, delete app and reinstall. Of course I lost the the daily bonus of 30 minutes. I think this was there intention.

    Let’s try to find out what is the problem. I recommend doing general troubleshooting first:

    provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

    Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

    Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

    Hello @Beerenda

    Only progress and gold bars are saved and synced through a game account.

    Boosters, lives, daily bonus streak informations are stored locally on device memory. They cannot be retrieved if device is changed or Soda app is reinstalled (data stored locally are deleted)

    Provided you use a game account to save progress, are your able to log out and log in?
