Candy crush soda will not connect to facebook using windows 10 app today. I have played it on windows 10 app many times but won't connect today. Any suggestions?

Hi Tricia, no unfortunately they haven't. Unfortunately its affecting all King games, or most of them without a doubt. I understand its frustrating..I still cannot connect with Paradise Bay either and the last I heard was they were aware and working on it. I will ask our team if there is any update and will get back to you as soon as I hear anything

King still has not resolved the problem with candy crush soda connecting with facebook on windows 10 app
Did you see the link I posted in my last comment? It should tell you exactly there, if it doesn't help, I will find you another link but its pretty straightforward. Even I managed it haha.
How do I connect my FB account to the kingdom?
Hi and no problem. I spoke to Xarly this morning, he was escalating it as you quite rightly said, more are having issues. The trouble begins when FB change things without notice sometimes. At least, that's what it was last time. They often recommend you play through the Kingdom instead as that is less troublesome but I don't have the friends I need there for lives etc. You could try connecting your FB account to the Kingdom if you haven't already. I am not sure if it will work until this issue is resolved or not, but its worth a try

I tried sending you a screen shot but after I uploaded it I got a message saying text is malformed but it looks just like the one you posted.
I have added it to the list tomorrow for the moderator to see, I think it definitely needs reporting if they aren't already aware of it
I can't see a screenshot though, did you work out how to do it? I know it can be confusing. Its the middle icon just above the answer box
Here's a screen shot of what I get when I try to play CC soda on windows 10 app. All other apps work fine and connect with FB. In fact, they don't even ask me to connect to FB as they already are but something happened with CC soda.
Got that link to open. I've tried all they suggest and still can't connect to facebook on candy crush soda. Now with candy crush saga I don't even have to click connect. There is not click connect button. It just automatically syncs with facebook.
I copied and pasted that link you posted to get my levels back and it says page does not exist.

The lost levels link, will still apply anyway if playing through the windows app as you would still need to connect to Facebook through it
That article references android and IOS. I'm playing on desktop. There was a critical windows update on 6/9/18 so I think that did something to window 10 apps. I will just wait it out for a few more days since they are aware of the problem. Thank you again.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling candy crush soda and now I'm on level 1. I was on level 614. Wondering if a system restore would help
Thank you but I try to click on your link and nothing happens. There was a windows 10 update 2 days ago. I'm wondering if that's what happened. How do I check to see my permissions on facebook? Thank you.
Also, it might be a good idea to check your permissions on Facebook too in case they have expired as outlined here

It could just be that its a temporary server issue and in a few hours, or the next day, it will sort itself out.
Are you having problems with other apps or the websites?
