Are they not doing gift boxes anymore? I deleted the game but I will reinstall if they are them

The gift boxes are working as they should be. The studio has informed us they are not meant to be there all the time, but pop back now and again as an event.

There is an issue with the gift boxes and has been for a while sadly.
Sometimes it seems related to your avatar being stuck on an earlier level, sometimes the game might need resetting.
If your avatar is stuck, go back to the level you are being entered at, and replay it and it should move on
Omg mine just randomly reappeared! I hadn’t just won a level or did anything. I played a level and lost and then the gift showed up!! So weird.
Me, too and very glitchy now, lost my daily added up when it kicked me off.
