I am a Hong Kong player using Samsung S8 (android 7.0) for the Soda game.
I found that there is a problem of missing sound effects.

When I was playing the game, it is working fine for the background music.
However, the sound effects often suddenly lost for 1 - 2 seconds.
The problem get worse when I make a big combo for the candy
(any mixtures of Striped/Wrapped/Coloring candies, Fish or Color bombs).

When the words JUICY, TASTY, DELICIOUS, DIVINE are shown in the screen,
often I cannot hear the related sound effect for those words.
Usually the sound effect suddenly lost for 1 to 2 seconds, then it will resume.
But no matter what levels I was playing, this problem happen again and again.

It seems that when there is too much sound effects, the game cannot play all of them accurately.
For my mobile, I have reset it for factory setting for several times, I have also clear cache,
reinstall the game, but the problem still exists.
I try to play using speakers of the mobile or earphone, but the problem still exists.

I tried to play this game with several different samsung S8/S8+ mobile, the problem still exists.
But when I tried to play this game using mobile of other brands(such as LG, IPhone), there is no problem.
I suspect the game Candy Crush Soda have some sound effect bug using samsung mobile/tab.
Would the developers of this game, please check my problem accordingly.
