On the events section it says "Back soon" but in the group chat I keep getting messages saying a layer has been baked and there are prizes to be collected. Why can't I help bake or collect prizes? I haven't had this problem before. Any ideas?

Hi everyone!
We understand your frustration with Bake A Cake not being available and have shared the feedback with the studio making Candy Crush Soda Saga.
At the moment, most Soda features is not available to all players at all times. With so many fun features in the game, we sometimes have to spread out the fun a bit. This means it's not an error if you have different features available in your game from your friends game for example. It's likely at times you will have things your friends don't have and vice versa. I understand this can be annoying though, and have provided the feedback to the studio.
But don't worry, Bake A Cake will be back in your game in the future! 😊

I posted about having this problem, all my team are baking but for me it's not open.
My teammates all claim that we cannot access the bakery nor login to our accounts. It cannot be my app’s problem if we can chat and say it is happening to us all. App ID 2083559922
Cake hasnt baked for three days. I have completed the first in level three of the second cake for multiple times and get told " no internet connection".
I play on Windows 10 and my ID is 8706866569.
Finally am seeing the leaderboard from last weeks yellow candies. I did not win because it omitted at least three days of collecting. Is this game being played this week? I have no evidence if it is.
I thought the next detective game was starting on May 1st. I don't have that either

There have been other reports from players today regarding this issue. There might be a bug in the game but we'll know more when I hear back from community manager
In the meantime we collect gaming details in case they're needed to look into this issue.

The cake event will not connect for our team to play. It has been several days now. We are Team Puppy People.
Been 4 days and won't let my team bake a cake. Says a connectivity issue and are working on it. I don't believe they are doing anything about it. It shouldn't take this long. Please fix it!
I keep getting the connection error when I try to release chef's hats. I have restarted the computer multiple times and tried the other troubleshooting suggested but no success. Thanks for your help.
Same with my team…it’s been stopped on the second cake for several days and no one can bake or release chef’s hats.

Please try the troubleshooting:
provided you have saved your game, log out, clear cache (not data!!) restart your device, check for game and device updates, and log in.
If the cakes has been baked, you will see the same board "Bakery opens soon"

Players have reached out to the community in the last few hours and reported this. There might be a bug in the game but I don't know for sure since community manager is not on office at weekends. If you're willing to share your gaming details I'll be able to know more on what's going on on Monday.
I'm been having the same problem for weeks now and I'm starting to get frustrated, I've been playing this game for years now and have about had enough, please fix this issue asap...
I have problem. My bakery is closed but added points. I suppose my team plays all time. I cannot play in bakery a piece of cake. I need help.

Points collecting ok for yellow eggs but nothing showing to check what position you are. So where is my score?
detective season 2 is messed up too.
I did every single daily challenge, but they now say I’ve missed every one.
this game is getting ridiculous. What’s the point in playing when developers can’t get thing working.
It’s not only soda that’s messed up. Saga is also messed up.
Waste of time playing.

As for Kimmy's Candy Hunt, Soda Studio is aware of the bug and they're working on it to fix it.
As for Detective season, that issue is being investigated as well an it should be fixed for next week of Detective Season.

Myself and at least one other team member cannot use our gold bars to release our chef’s hats. It’s been giving a “store unavailable “ message since last night.
I’ve done all of the above and still can’t get in the bakery 😞
Half way through 2nd cake and I’m getting a connection error level 11 since yesterday. It worked Thursday prior to the new week game.
