Level 2357 crashing and showing I haven’t beat it and I have twice!!!! Used up 2x $14.99 and knocked me down 2 fairy levels!!!

Xarly... I was finally able to pass the level. Thank you! However, it would be very nice to be credited with the 2 $14.99 booster packs I purchased to beat it twice without the level advancing my play. A refund isn’t necessary but the 200+ lost chips and all the purchased boosters would be very much appreciated
Hi everyone,
I'm happy to inform you that this has been fixed and with the next update (that will come in 1-2 weeks) the problem will be fixed. Make sure you update the game when the update comes (if you have updates automatic then it will happen without you needing to do anything) and the issue should no longer be there.

thank you chicken slayer for your help and quick responses. I was in touch with King Care and they were able to move me forward to the next level and compensted with some gold bars. Thanks again, it is really good to see some excellent customer service.
I can see the posts Carol, don't worry! I can pass you over to the moderators to move you on a level, the only thing I need to advise you is that you will lose all previous scores and stars. They will reset to a set score and 2 stars on every level. If that's ok though I can let the team know.
Did you see my previous answer with a link in it? Email the team directly from the link at the bottom of this post and they will probably be able to give you some sort of compensation for your lost boosters.
Chicken slayer. I have posted twice now but don’t see it here. I used 15 lollipops and 4 striped lollipops to complete the level. I would like to be moved on to the next level as I can’t play until the issue is fixed. Thanks

@Debbie, did you email the team and get a response from them? If they haven't fixed it, can you email them back as a reply from the original email (as it has a ticket number on) and they will sort it.

I logged in soda and I didn’t see the credits for the 2 timesI purchased the $14.99 packages. That was the yummy mix with 100 gold bars and 3 each of the boosters X 2..... also still on 2357 and my fairy is is only partially (3) items full. I beat the level with the paid boosters twice but it isn’t showing it
Carol did you buy anything or did it just crash? The studio are working on it, they know how frustrating it is

The studio is working on a fix for this that should hopefully be fixed soon! I understand the frustration but right now we just have to hope that they manage to find a solution as soon as possible. Make sure you are properly connected and have the latest version so that the bugfix comes as soon as it's implemented.
In the meanwhile, I have compensated both of you for the issues (also left a gift on Jelly so that you can enjoy it there while the fix happens). Please come back for any feedback or if there's anything we can do to help you - that's what we're here for :-).

I am having exactly the same problem. It's very frustrating when you use 'extras' and gold coins. Don't they test these boards on all of the platforms?

The levels are supposedly tested, but sometimes it can be a device conflict or sometimes a small piece of code that doesn't work properly resulting in issues like this.
As regards the paying for boosters to pass the level which you clearly lost, we usually cannot deal with that on King care as it requires sensitive information. However we do have a dedicated team to take care of this, if you look at this link, there is a contact form on it where you can contact the team.
The good news about it is though that the studio are aware of the issue and are investigating. I know we write that a lot as regards issues, but the good news is because it affects game play, it instantly becomes higher priority.
We have been asked to pass the affected posters over to the moderators who can help you so I will do that now and Xarly will be in touch
I downloaded the updated app yesterday on my phone and the problem is still not corrected. Xarly was supposed to be 'in touch', but that hasn't happened either. What is going on?
