I'm once again stuck / stopped at level 1870 and have been for coming

up on 7-days.  Every time this happens, I lose all the over-paid progress I've madein the entire game. It sets me back in the division rankings, it is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING ... The frequency of occurrence is ridiculous and has no logic whatsoever.  I've drawn the conclusion that KING GAMES is purposefully doing this to prevent players from getting too far ahead of what they deem acceptable.  Funny thing is NO ONE from KING EVER REPLIES to my NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE.   This has to be around the 10th or 12th compliant I've made without even so much as an attempt by KING to explain, with what I might understand IF someone would just reach out.  As far as I know, I AM A CUSTOMER who, like all your other CUSTOMERS deserves an answer.
