    Hi, for 4 days I have been unable to release my team in the cake baking event. It kept prompting that there is a connection problem. Please help.

    I am sorry about this. There is an issue in Bake a Cake where players are not being able to release friends who lost their chef hats. Unfortunately this is still going on, we don’t have an update yet. When there is an update, you can find it in the main thread here.

    Why can't I bake a cake but my team mates can?

    The Studio is currently looking into this issue.

    does the issue still persist after checking troubleshooting steps?

    Let me know if it does, thanks

    • check for Soda and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
    • you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

    *it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.

    If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

    If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

    If you own a Kindle fire, check this out

    it's not possible to do in Microsoft app on computer

    24hrs and still showing bakery open soon but im getting messages of new rewards from team mates playing it..whats wrong??

    There is an issue with Bake a Cake and the Game Studio is investigating. Some players can’t bake the cake, while other team mates can 😕

    Why does the bakery say it's clossed yet my team mates are able to bake?
