I was supposed to receive 2-hour unlimited live and a prize afater unlocking level 745. However, I am now currently on level 749 and have not received the unlimited lives and the prize. Why didn't I receive it?

I've solved this problem! The reason is because I was stucked in level 740 where I didn't get any star.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
