I can’t seem to get option to send or receive lives I have tried deleting then installing the app but nothing works!! I get lives ok on the candy crush app

I take it from your answer that you do have the new friendship system located in Social Hub.
As I mentioned in my comment, if your friends don't have this feature yet, they're not able to accept your request.
There's only the option to send 1 life after a friend sent you a request. Without requests sent to us, we can't send lives. In the picture above all green envelopes are lives or boosters requests.
You might need to wait until this feature is getting rolled out to all players so they can finally see your request or you have the option to keep adding more friends to your list through events like 4 in a row, shipmates, weekly contest etc as it increases your chances to find players who already have the new friendship system like you.
I never ever get the option to send lives and I only get option to request 1 life which never moves from ‘requesting’

This feature is gettming rolled out to players
Player may ask for lives and boosters, one at a time and grant lives and boosters by accepting other players' replies.
For this system to work, a big friends list is needed.
Friends in your list are also required to be in the same system you're now in, otherwise they can' see you nor you can't see them.
If they don't have the new feature yet, it might be the reason you're not seeing any lives sent

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
