I'm sorry to hear you have this impression. We do care and listen here at the community but we can only release and share new informations when we have them. Soda Studio is still working on it to find a solution so the situation hasn't changed at the moment.
At the moment the main support thread is pinned because the problem is still ongoing.

Not a new problem, the fish have been making the game freeze for ages now, no-one listens and no-one cares. Makes the game unplayable. I'll ask again ..... please fix this (sigh)
