Just wondering if all the player you choose receive the bonus items when the game is won?

When your friends ring the bell, you get notifications in your device stating : "player XY needs your help in Shipmates, pass levels to help them"
The timer is in place to limit the number of times players can ask for help. I can imagine that the purpose is to limit the notifications "spam".
I receive 5-6 notifications from different players asking for help daily and that is enough for me 😅
Regarding the new Shipmates game on Candy Crush Soda, what purpose does the bell serve? It states it notifies your friends but I it remains unclear to me. In addition, it has a timer of when a fleet leader can re-notify friends. Can someone explain its purpose?

Shipmates may not get the same rewards as the fleet leader, but they may be leaders of their own fleets. They may also have enlisted you as a shipmate, and you won't know it. I don't think a shipmate even knows if their ship has been sunk in another player's fleet. But, this new event is fun to play -- hopefully your shipmates are actively winning levels so you get to fire lots of shots at your opponent's fleet!
No, they don't get anything for helping you. 😅
