Hi, please my soda game is not loading on my iPad Air , my device is up to date .also I have rebooted my device uninstalled and reinstalled but still not Lodi g. It suddenly kicks off.please resolve my problems.thanks

Thank you for your answer. I've seen others play on an old iPad air and couldn't update beyond iOS 12.5. Unfortunately that also causes loading/crashing problems.
Current iOS is 16.4.1; are you able to update your device? If possible you could try playing the game on a newer device and then check if your game still has loading issues.
its older version of ipad air it is A 1476 dear.
