Lost all my boosters!!!

So, the problem I am having is that my game kept freezing and pixilating mid- game. I would have to close the app and re-open constantly. I went to the "help" are and saved all of my game progress in Facebook and in the game center before I uninstalled and re-installed. When i re-installed, my 293 lollipop hammers, 7 striped lollipops, 6 switching hands, 10 color bombs, 10 color changing bombs and 10 fish are all gone. Not a trace. One would think that "saving game progress" would include that. In addition, my daily counter spin that started January 14, 2018 has been set back to day 1. Can I get some help with that??

    Sorry to see this happened. Sadly, boosters and daily bonus cannot be stored because of a technical blocker. However, I've checked your account and compensated you for the issues that this might have caused.

    Thank you!!! Do I have to do anything to make it show up? I donโ€™t see it showing up in my game.

    I appreciate the response however, I have not seen a compensation in my account. Do I need to do something?ย

    You should have receivedย some extra gold bars in your account (this one here, the one you're using to message us) on the 5th of July at around 12:30 CET.

    Make sure you check the total amount, it should be there :-)
