While playing the game shuts down before it finishes the winning move. Then makes me have to try to beat the level again. Which doesn't work. This is verry discouraging.

We let (and want!) our players to beat our levels! That sounds like you are having issues with connection or with the app itself. You need to make sure you have a decent connection and that your app is working well.
