Problem With Bake a Cake

On the events section it says "Back soon" but in the group chat I keep getting messages saying a layer has been baked and there are prizes to be collected. Why can't I help bake or collect prizes? I really like this part of the game and haven't had any problems before. Can you help please? ID is 12850658875

Sorry to hear this. Please try the troubleshooting:
provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a strong and stable WiFi connection.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Sorry to hear you tried to reinstall the app to no avail. Did you try to play a couple of any levels to see if reconnecting to King servers help?
which device do you use to play Soda? Make and model please
what's the latest version of Soda app installed in your device? It depends on the device you use, you can generally find this info by visiting device settings, apps settings, Candy Crush Soda Saga, read app version infos
what's the latest version of device software version?

I'm stuck on a hard level, and since I lost all my boosters, it could take a while before I can move on to the next level. I'm on an HP all-in-one computer, Ryzen 3 processor, Radeon graphics, Windows 11, latest version 1.244.300. I'm really missing my game, sure hope they can fix.
