I've had this before, both in CCSS and CCS. A CM advised me, when I saw the pink blocks that I should force close the app, reboot device and log in.
I did that and after that I didn't see any more pink blocks. You could also try this when you see the pink blocks again.

Tried force stop and reboot but no change, found I had to remove the app and reinstall
