Able to buy more "shells" ....bullet bears. This game is very addicting as I've been out of work since 430am and it is now 1030am. So while ive been playing the game i periodically go back to shipmates and i still have no bullet bears. It's kind of annoying to be honest.

As for the last part, what are you suggesting exactly? At the moment, you can already pick the most active players out of your friends list. They're always displayed at the top before creating your team.
Once the team is formed, members cannot be changed even if they might slow down at playing new levels and giving you pins 😅
