Is this supposed to be happening?

So I haven't seen the Bake a Cake for my team pop up in quite a while, maybe two weeks. Is that supposed to be the case? I own the team by the way, if that makes a difference. I know that it takes a couple days to come back on after the event expires but never a couple weeks.i just want to know if that's intentional or if there's something wrong. Thanks!

Unfortunately, there are more players who were unable to open the event Bake a Cake and reported it. The CM had an update:
”Hi everyone!
We understand your frustration with Bake A Cake not being available and have shared the feedback with the studio making Candy Crush Soda Saga.
At the moment, most Soda features is not available to all players at all times. With so many fun features in the game, we sometimes have to spread out the fun a bit. This means it's not an error if you have different features available in your game from your friends game for example. It's likely at times you will have things your friends don't have and vice versa. I understand this can be annoying though, and have provided the feedback to the studio.
But don't worry, Bake A Cake will be back in your game in the future!”

That's pretty understandable. However it seems my teammates have access to it, I get notifications of new rewards being available in the bakery ( I don't get to acquire them though :( ) and the team is getting more points added. I'm assuming the same thing still applies right?

With Bake a Cake you still collect points as a team. Can't you see the number of team points increasing?
The team points are for the whole team, so when a reward is available because you reached the number of points of a new rank, you should receive the rewards.
Please let me know if you don’t see any change in the team points. Then I can forward this to the CM.

I have been having the same issue. What is going on? It is the only way I am able to get any boosters to help me through the game. I have spent almost three weeks on a level with no boosters - how am I supposed to progress and continue having fun?? I am losing interest and getting the same old hashed response. Please fix the issues.
